Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps architectures for on-premises and hybrid environments.
- Architect and optimize distributed CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab for efficient, parallelized builds and deployments.
- Implement and fine-tune centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure reliability and proactive issue resolution.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, secrets management, and vulnerability protection using tools such as Vault, Clair, OWASP Dependency-Check, and Falco.
- Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and QA teams to drive DevOps adoption, performance optimization, and cultural transformation.
- Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills to ensure observability and security in DevOps pipelines.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, promoting technical excellence, process discipline, and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related field.

- Experienced in Microservices architecture with automation of build, test, and deployment in on-prem environments
- Skilled in DevSecOps, embedding security and compliance within CI/CD pipelines for secure, high-quality releases.
- Configured Jenkins master-slave for distributed builds and automated deployments.
- Implemented ELK for centralized logging and Prometheus-Grafana for monitoring.
- Integrated Vault, Clair, OWASP Dependency-Check, and Falco for vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and runtime security.
- Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills to ensure observability and security in DevOps pipelines.
- CI Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube, Gitleaks, Trivy, Bandit.
- CD Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus Repository, Argo CD (on-prem GitOps).
