Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Bengaluru for a Lead Designer at Zyeta. The Lead Designer will oversee the creative development and execution of workplace design projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and high-quality standards. Responsibilities include conceptualizing workplace designs, developing architectural plans, leading design teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all projects meet deadlines and exceed expectations. The role also involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and functional workspace solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other modeling tools
  • Expertise in workplace design, space planning, and architectural detailing
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of sustainability principles in design
  • Ability to stay updated with global workspace trends and industry advancements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Professional certification in design or architecture is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in leading design projects, preferably in workplace environments
