Role Description

The Lead Designer is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. This role involves leading design teams, managing project design workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering design projects across various disciplines. Responsibilities include overseeing the design development of industrial infrastructure, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and producing detailed designs and technical documentation. The Lead Designer will also liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical design skills including proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Process, Mechanical, Piping, and Structural Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Project Management, team leadership, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance for engineering projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• Prior experience in industrial or infrastructure-focused engineering projects is highly preferred.
