Lead Designer (Interior Designing)

Role

We are looking for a Design Lead to lead our residential interior design team, maintain design quality, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are design-ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Interior Design team.
• Allocate projects and monitor design timelines.
• Review and approve layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and material selections.
• Lead key client presentations and design discussions.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, and execution feasibility.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Operations teams.
• Resolve design-related issues and client escalations.
• Maintain design quality standards and SOPs.
• Train and develop designers to improve team performance.

Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Des in Interior Design.
• 6–8 years of experience in residential interiors.
• 2–3 years of experience in a senior/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, hardware, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design tools.
• Strong communication, client handling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with turnkey home interiors preferred.
