We're looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment

What You'll Do

• Lead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machinery
• Take products from idea → prototype → field validation → production
• Manage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering team
• Work closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
• Drive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions
• Continuously improve existing machines based on field feedback

What Actually Matters

• Proven experience in Development of Machines (Automation & Robotics)
• Experience leading Engineering teams (4–5 people)
• Strong fundamentals in Electro - Mechanical , Robotics , Automation design, Power transmission
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect data and move fast
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, resource-constrained environment

Good to Have

• Experience in Agri machinery / food processing equipment
• Exposure to Machine development, Transmission systems, Sheetmetal & Plastics
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and vendor management
