Position: Lead DBA (PostgreSQL / MySQL / AWS Database Services)
Experience: 8 – 12 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Lead database administration and support activities across AWS-hosted environments.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redshift databases.
- Drive database performance tuning, monitoring, backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure database reliability and scalability.
- Implement database governance, security, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
- Required Skills
- 8+ years of Database Administration experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience within AWS ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
- Excellent SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
- Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD integration.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar.
Good to Have
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience.
- Exposure to containerized environments (ECS/EKS).
- Database integration experience in cloud-native environments.
Shift Details
Rotational Shift (Cab Facility Available for Off-Hours)
- Shift 1: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM IST
- Shift 2: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
