Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Data Scientist with a strong academic background and
10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects. The ideal candidate will excel in building predictive models, analyzing large-scale datasets, and applying advanced ML/AI techniques to solve complex business challenges across domains.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive/prescriptive analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define and deliver scalable data-driven solutions.
- Design and build data pipelines; perform data wrangling and preprocessing using Python, R, or SQL.
- Present insights through compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling.
- Conduct model evaluation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
- Robust understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines/platforms (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
- Experience with cloud ML services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Time Series Analysis.
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD processes for ML model deployment.
- Certifications or project portfolios in Data Science, ML, or AI.
- Experience in prompt engineering, context/RAG engineering, or Agentic AI.
