We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to build advanced AI solutions for demand forecasting and explainability at scale. This role blends machine learning expertise, product thinking, and leadership to deliver impactful enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ML models for:
• Demand and new product forecasting
• Forecast attribution and anomaly detection
• Optimization and simulation
• Apply advanced techniques such as:
• Gradient boosting, deep learning, and probabilistic forecasting
• Causal inference, Bayesian methods (RL/GenAI preferred)
• Contribute to AI platform architecture focusing on scalability, explainability, and configurability
• Drive experimentation and deploy production-ready solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists
• Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with customers to solve business problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a relevant field
• 8 -11+ years of experience in Data Science/ML
• Strong expertise in time-series forecasting, ML, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience building scalable ML systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG/Retail or Revenue Growth Management
• Exposure to GenAI/LLMs and MLOps tools
• Research publications or patents
