Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions, from problem definition to production deployment
Define AI/ML architecture, model selection, and best practices across the organization
Build, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and ML engineers
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Design and implement ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Ensure model scalability, performance, reliability, and explainability
Drive innovation by evaluating new algorithms, tools, and frameworks
Establish governance for data quality, model validation, ethics, and compliance
Own technical decision-making and provide thought leadership in AI/ML initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning
Strong proficiency in Python, and ML frameworks
Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling
Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data structures
Experience deploying ML models using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
