Lead Data Scientist

Role : Lead Data Scientist/AI/ML

Experience : 7 to 12 years

Mandate skill : Agentic AI (Min 3 months), Python, SQL, A/B Testing and Hypothesis Testing, Experimentation, ML Modelling. Some experience on Tableau. Strong storytelling, and Strategic Thinking skillset.

This role requires strong statistical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead experiment design and measurement strategy for campaign initiatives.Conduct rigorous A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and advanced statistical analyses.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Build scalable and reusable measurement frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, statistical inference, and causal analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Self-driven and capable of independently solving technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying machine learning models.
• Expertise in Data Science with emphasis on applying statistical methods and algorithms
• Ability to extract meaningful patterns and predictive models from data
• Advanced proficiency in Python for implementing machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and automation of data workflows
• Experience in Financial & Performance Tracking to analyze financial data trends and performance metrics
• Ability to contribute to overall financial health and operational efficiency of the organization
