Role Description

• As aLead Data Modeller (Vice President / Director)withinTreasury Technologies, you will be responsible for shaping and governing the data foundations that support the Bank'sliquidity management, funding, balance sheet, and regulatory reporting capabilities.

• You will act as asenior data authoritywithin the Treasury domain, translating complex business and regulatory requirements intorobust, wellgoverned conceptual, logical, and physical data modelsaligned to Deutsche Bank's enterprise data architecture and standards.

• This role requiresstrong knowledge of banking products, deep expertise indata modelling standards, andhandson Oracle data modelling experience. Knowledge ofliquidity metrics and treasury risk conceptsis highly desirable. You will operate in ahighcontrol, highly regulated environment, partnering closely with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Providesenior leadership and directionfor data modelling across Treasury Technology platforms
• Own and evolveenterprisealigned data modelssupporting liquidity, funding, balance sheet, and regulatory use cases
• Partner withTreasury, Risk, and Finance stakeholdersto understand business processes, products, and data usage
• Design and governconceptual, logical, and physical data modelsin line with Deutsche Bank standards
• Define, enforce, and continuously improvedata modelling standards, conventions, and governance controls
• LeadOraclecentric data modelling, including schema design, normalization, performance, and impact analysis
• Ensure data models supportlineage, traceability, auditability, and data quality controls
• Review and challenge data designs to ensureconsistency, scalability, reusability, and regulatory readiness
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, application teams, and data engineers to ensure endtoend alignment
• Supportchange impact assessmentsfor regulatory, treasury, and technology initiatives
• Drive rootcause analysis of complex data quality and integrity issues
• Providetechnical leadership, coaching, and mentorshipto data modellers and delivery teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes within anAgile and controlled change environment

Your Skills and Experience

Essential

• Extensive experience as aSenior / Lead Data Modellerin financial services or banking
• Strong knowledge of banking products and data, including balances, cashflows, positions, and reference data
• Deep expertise indata modelling methodologies and standards(conceptual, logical, physical modelling)
• Expert Oracle database knowledge (essential), including schema design and advanced SQL
• Strong understanding ofdata governance, data quality, security, risk, and control frameworks
• Proven experience working inregulatorydriven, auditintensive environments
• Ability to work effectively acrossbusiness, risk, and technologyteams
• Strong stakeholdermanagement and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and setting technical direction

Desirable

• Knowledge ofTreasury and liquidity concepts, including liquidity metrics and regulatory measures
• Experience supportingliquidity, funding, or balancesheet-related platforms
• Familiarity withdata lineage, metadata management, and reconciliation processes
• Experience working withinAgile delivery models
• Python for data analysis or automation

• Enterprise data modelling tools (e.g. Power Designer, ERwin, or equivalent)

• Database Object modelling (Physical data models from Logical data models)
