Lead Data Engineer role driving end-to-end Azure and Snowflake data solutions, ensuring scalable pipelines, strong governance, and technical leadership across data engineering teams.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions (Azure & Snowflake)
- Lead ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF, ADLS, Synapse
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable data solutions
- Drive data modelling, governance, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and support delivery planning
Expertise You'll Bring
- 8–12 years in Data Engineering with team handling experience
- Strong in Azure (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse)
- Hands-on Snowflake experience
- Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines
- Advanced SQL and data modelling
Good to Have
- StreamSets, Kafka/Event Hub (streaming)
- Lakehouse (Databricks), Python
