Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions and related tools to ensure automated and reliable deployments.
- Conduct metadata management, classification scans, and data governance activities to ensure compliance and data security.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST) and integrate best practices into solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, containerization practices, and data governance frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and analysts to strengthen team capability and adherence to standards.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 8 years of Data Engineering experience.
- 6 - 7 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub CI/CD workflows.
- 6 - 7 years of experience with Unix scripting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in metadata management and data classification across structured and unstructured data.
- 6 - 7 years of experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to healthcare domain standards, compliance, and data governance practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and Agile team collaboration skills.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field
