Lead Data Center - HANA-DBA

• Minimum 9+ years work experience as Database Administrator in MSSQL DBA support and worked in any other RDBMS platform such as Azure, Mysql, Sybase, Postgres (Secondary Skill)
• Sound knowledge of SQL server architecture and concepts
• Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting DB performance issues.
• Should have hands-on experience in planning, setup, configuring, troubleshooting DB HA/ DR technologies (Always-On, Failover cluster, Log shipping, Replication)
• Experience in DB installation, upgrade, migration, patching, and other maintenance/ optimization tasks.
• Hands-on experience in database design, database backup and recovery procedures, access security and database integrity, physical data storage design and data storage management.
• Experience in setting up Azure SQL databases in PaaS/ IaaS and migration of databases from on-prem to Azure, configure HA/ DR solutions in Azure.
• Experience in Database standardization and Governance activities
• Experience in scripting languages PowerShell, and Automation tools like Ansible is required.
• Experience in SSIS and SSRS configuration, migration, troubleshooting.
• Experience in handling external audits for databases and working with Auditors for data validation and fixes.
• Experience in NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience in database containerization is a plus.
• Fix database security vulnerabilities and work closely with Information/Cyber security team.
• Experience on ITIL process such as Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem management.
• Must be willing to work on other RDBMS such as Mysql, Postgres. Required training and Knowledge transfer will be provided.
