We are seeking a Lead Data Business Analyst to drive the analysis and modeling of business data, ensuring high-quality insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Perform data source profiling and assess data quality
- Develop data models and design Power BI report models
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the build and implementation of the Snowflake platform
- Participate in data migration from on-premise systems to AWS Snowflake
- Support testing and validation of data solutions
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs with data solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements
- Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and processes
- Analyze business processes to identify data-related improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data source profiling and data modeling
- Hands-on experience in Power BI report modeling
- Familiarity with Snowflake and AWS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Project leadership experience in data-related initiatives
- Experience supporting data migration projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
