Lead: Data Analytics

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and drivenAnalytics Leadto strengthen our data capabilities and support strategic business decisions through deep data insights. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in SQL, Python, ETL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase, with experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS/Redshift.

Data Strategy & Infrastructure:

• Design and maintain scalable analytics frameworks and data infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end ETL processes ensuring high-quality data pipelines.
• Optimize database performance and manage data warehouse architecture.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Build statistical and predictive models to support business decisions.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports for performance tracking.

Business Impact & Cross-functional Support:

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve key business metrics.
• Convert complex data findings into strategic recommendations for leadership.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Mentor junior analysts and potentially lead a small team.
• Present insights, reports, and actionable strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, techniques, and trends.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:6-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar domains.
• Strong command ofSQL and Pythonfor data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience withETL pipelines and cloud platforms(preferably AWS Redshift).
• Proficiency indata visualization toolssuch as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and trend analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience withbig data technologies(Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Exposure tomachine learningor forecasting models.
• Understanding of business KPIs and financial performance metrics.
