Spectral Consultants is looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst (DevOps Project) with strong expertise in SQL and ETL pipelines to join a leading industry-based organization.

Experience: 7–9years
What You'll Be Responsible For:-
- Execute and manage ETL pipelines ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Perform data validation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of pipeline issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights
- Mentor and guide 3–4 team members on best practices and delivery
- Ensure smooth functioning of data workflows within Agile/DevOps environment
- Prepare clear reports, summaries, and stakeholder-ready outputs

- Advanced SQL (mandatory)
- Intermediate PySpark for large-scale data processing
