Lead Data Analyst/Engineer ( SQL + Python )

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/weekly data operations, ETL refreshes, and data validations
• Lead root cause analysis for data issues following SOPs and escalation paths
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for operational updates and escalations
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly via reports, emails, and meetings

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience in KTLO ( Keep the lights on) operations and data management
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and ETL/data integration
• Experience with data investigations, refresh monitoring, and SLA-driven environments
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
