Role - GTM Data Analyst Lead

Qualifications:
- Build, maintain, and QA GTM dashboards and reports (xBR dashboard, SA dashboard, Performance dashboards)
- Prepare and support weekly business reviews (WBR): aggregate, validate, analyze data and create slides and commentary; maintain WBR notes.
- Create weekly deal lists and update BAU trackers (Asana + Google Sheets), roll week data forward and keep prior-week snapshots.
- Produce MBR/QBR data packs and quarterend reporting.
- Triage and complete 35 tickets/week (often LXL), handle adhoc dashboard and data requests.
- Oversee two data analysts (1 senior, 1 junior): prioritize, delegate, drive quality and delivery.
- Support headcount / data quality checks and some SFDC dashboard validation for opportunity-level data.
- Use SQL (Hubble) daily to fetch queries (often with LLM assistance to craft queries), refresh charts, and provide operational efficiencies (screenshots, refreshes).
- Document processes where possible and train contractors on business context & WBR note updates.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas)
- Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency (write, adapt, troubleshoot queries in Hubble)
- Strong dashboarding and BI instincts (designing intuitive, commercial dashboards)
- Team lead / people management skills: prioritize, delegate, hold accountability
- Strong written communication: convert complex analysis into concise commentary for leadership
- Comfort working under tight deadlines and in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- High attention to detail and process orientation for recurring weekly deliverables
