Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead IAM Transformation : Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals.
- Platform Expertise : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting identity-related issues and platform challenges.
- Documentation & Design : Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access initiatives.
- Security & Stability : Ensure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant.
- Standards-Based Approach : Implement scalable identity solutions leveraging industry standards and frameworks.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience : 6 - 8 years in Identity and Access Management roles, with proven experience in transformation projects.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with modern IAM platforms such as Ping AIC, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, and Microsoft IGA.
- Strong understanding of SSO, Access Management, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Documentation Skills : Ability to create SOPs, wireframes, and technical documentation.
- Problem-Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot complex identity and platform issues.
