Job Description

  • Building value-based customer relationships
  • Gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customers
  • Developing customer focused processes for ensuring customer success
  • Applying domain expertise to close deals
  • Ensuring high user adoption of the customer success management application
  • Implementing best practices to improve customer success
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding handoff

Skills youll need:

  • A passion for customer success and laser focus on providing customer value.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations
  • Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.
  • Experience dealing with large, complex accounts, building relationships at the C-level.
  • A 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent
  • PMP is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes work will be a definite plus.
