Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift

Are you passionate about managing mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted operations in a high-availability environment We are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain critical facility infrastructure including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems within a Data Center environment.
• Ensure optimal performance of mission-critical systems such as:
• HVAC Systems
• CRAC/CRAH Units
• Air & Liquid Cooling Systems
• Power Distribution Units (PDU)
• Fire Detection & Suppression Systems
• Life Safety Systems
• Analyze operational performance and recommend preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Drive facility reliability, efficiency, and uptime through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead emergency response activities, ensuring rapid incident resolution.
• Support planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new facility infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

5 - 8 years of overall experience in Facilities/Data Center Operations

Minimum 1-2 years of Data Center experience

Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and facility management systems

Experience in mission-critical environments with high reliability requirements

Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
