Manage external communication activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements.
Serve as the company's spokesperson and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
Oversee crisis communication planning and response to protect the company's reputation during emergencies or challenging situations.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and support internal communications efforts to engage employees and build a strong corporate culture.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and continuously improve strategies based on feedback and data insights.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the Airports industry.
Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
Proven experience in crisis communication and issues management.
Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Master's degree or MBA in Communications or related field preferred.
Certification Required
Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus.
