Job Description
Role Objective - PL Lead Convertor
To support Personal Loan conversions by acting as a reliable bridge between backend system and frontline calling teams, ensuring accurate MIS hygiene, timely sharing of journey and calling files, and providing continuous clarifications on lead status, journey stages, and process queries to enable smooth execution and higher conversion rates.
Key Roles & Responsibilities -
- Analyse Insta PL data and share callingready journey files with the sales calling team at twohour intervals to enable timely customer followups and conversions.
- Prepare and analyse PFC Journey data and share itthree times a day with the calling team to support prioritization of leads and improve conversion efficiency.
- Prepare, validate, and circulate ML application data dumps three times daily, ensuring the sales calling team has updated and actionable lead information.
- Prepare and share the daily PL disbursal file (agent mapping/journey type/lender/insurance attachment etc.) with the internal stakeholders and calling teams for closure tracking, reconfirmation and reporting.
- Share S2S lead movement and updates with the S2S team and align the same with the calling team to ensure leads are actioned without delay.
- Communicate every two hours with Site Heads and Call Centre Supervisors regarding lead volumes, conversion status, pendency, and calling productivity.
- Coordinate with POD, LOB, ML SPOCs to identify journey issues, lead mismatches or system issues impacting conversions, and get them resolved promptly.
