Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Conversion Manager located in the Mohali district. The Lead Conversion Manager will oversee the entire lead conversion cycle, from generating potential leads to nurturing and converting them into long-term clients. The responsibilities include monitoring lead funnels, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, optimizing conversion strategies, and building effective client relationships. The role demands innovation, data insight application, and a results-driven approach to achieve revenue growth goals.

Shift : Night ( 7 p.m- 4 a.m)

Experience Required : 1 + Years

Qualifications

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for digital marketing and Web Development services
  • Generate leads through outbound sales, inbound inquiries, networking, and partnerships
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
