Lead in developing and implementing brand communication - from ideation stage - briefing and co-working with creative partners - to production of the consumer-facing assets to ensure required output basis brand objective.
Lead in developing and implementing the Influencer strategy on brand.
Work closely with media team to plan, execute and then monitor the effectiveness of each media campaign - covering all aspects of digital media, SEO-GEO-SEM, as well as offline, on-ground.
Work closely with R&D and all cross function teams towards [1] product-understanding, [2] new product development, [3] getting strong-claim based formulations developed for the brand extensions.
Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
Min 4 yrs of experience in FMCG Brand Management of which 1 yr in field sales is a plus to have, though not mandatory
Preferably candidates having worked in skincare/ beauty and personal care
Experience of planning and executing media at pan-India scale€¦ Full of Digital is a must, TV is a plus to have
Experience in developing brand communication
Experience in developing content for eComm, qComm platforms in terms of [1] ensuring right imagery of brand through brand store, SKU wise right PDP and A+ [2] leveraging the advertising options available at Ecom platforms
