Location: Hyderabad/Pune (Onsite)
Experience: 12+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's/master's in engineering or risk management sciences
Certification: LOMA (Mandatory)
Mandatory skills: US insurance domain + Conversion and Migration + Life or Annuity + At least one Policy administration system (Vantage/Ingenium/OIPA/IPAS/ALIP/EXIGEN)
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong US Life Insurance & Annuity domain knowledge.
- Experience in new product launch/implementation and policy admin system conversion/migration.
- Hands-on with requirements gathering, documentation, and sign-off processes.
- Ability to work with actuaries, analysts, and engineers to resolve compliance-related calculations (7702, 7702A, 101f).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems (Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, EXIGEN).
- Knowledge of annuity product types, riders, contract lifecycle, payouts.
- Familiarity with compliance and taxation rules impacting policy servicing.
- Understanding of life insurance calculations (cash value, death benefits, TAMRA, CVAT, GPT).
- Experience in requirements management tools, use cases, and conversion projects.
- Ability to work with near-shore and offshore teams.
