REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS u25AAu00A0 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. u25AAu00A0 12+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a high-tech, life sciences, or related field. u25AAu00A0 3+ years in a functional people management role u2014 leading, developing, and performance-managing QE teams. u25AAu00A0 Proven ability to manage team delivery, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional programme commitments. u25AAu00A0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. u25AAu00A0 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. u25AAu00A0 Hands-on experience with pytest, WebdriverIO, Selenium, and Appium. u25AAu00A0 Expertise in AI/ML testing and model evaluation. u25AAu00A0 Strong experience in test strategy building and test planning. u25AAu00A0 Proficiency in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript / Python. u25AAu00A0 Strong understanding of cloud computing and containerised testing (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker). u25AAu00A0 Experience in GitHub, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD.
