Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - .SQL Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, and optimization of enterprise level data solutions built on SQL and ETL frameworks. This role is accountable for guiding teams, defining best practices, and ensuring high quality data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. To coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high performance data integrations.
Responsibilities
.Lead the design and architecture of SQL databases, data models, and high performance ETL frameworks.
.Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies.
.Own end to end delivery of data integration projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and production deployment.
.Conduct performance tuning, workload analysis, and optimization of complex SQL queries and ETL workflows.
.Establish robust data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure reliability and accuracy across pipelines.
.Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data strategies, technical roadmaps, and integration patterns.
.Drive improvements in automation, scalability, and operational efficiency within data platforms.
.Provide technical leadership during incident resolution, root cause analysis, and environment stabilization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
.Strong experience in SQL & Relational Database.
.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Expertise in database architecture, indexing strategy, and query optimization at scale.
.Strong hands on experience with enterprise ETL tools and designing high volume data pipelines.
.Ability to architect data warehousing solutions and integration patterns.
.Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Snowflake, BigQuery).
.Experience setting coding standards, best practices, and data governance guidelines.
.Capacity planning, workload analysis, and monitoring of database health.
.Handling migrations, upgrades, and large scale automation initiatives.
.Advanced scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation of data operations.
