Job Description

We're on the lookout for individuals who don't limit themselves to tech or non-tech but possess the knack for recruiting talent across the spectrum.

We are hiring Consultants across levels i.e.

1. Assistant Principal Consultant 5+ years

2. Deputy Principal Consultant 6+ years

Desired Candidate

  • Ideal incumbent will have at least 5+ years of multi facet mid-senior / leadership level hiring experience with Fortune 500 firms, GCCs, Top IT, Technology, BIG4s, BIG3s, Consulting, Product based clients.
  • The incumbent should have excellent candidate management / engagement / relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role in order to understand the job description and finding the best fit candidate
  • Good market knowledge
  • The candidate should have good / exemplary communication skills

Job description

  • Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
  • Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
  • Lining up of candidates for Interview
  • Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
  • Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.
  • Mentoring junior team members

Type of hiring / Shift timings - Domestic Hiring (Day Shifts - 9 am to 6 pm)
