Lead Consultant - SAP Security

• Must have 6+ years of SAP Security and/or GRC support and implementation experience
• Hands-on experience on SAP Security and Authorizations for ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, Fiori, BOBJ and SAP GRC AC 10.1 & 12 administration, configuration / integration.
• Experience in newer SAP Applications such as HANA, Fiori, GRC Access Control 12.0 (ARA, EAM, ARM & BRM) modules
• Good understanding on the concepts of Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Knowledgeable on different user and role types, SAP Authorization Concepts, Roles (Single, Master, Derived, and Composite), and User Administration on different SAP Platform.
• Assist functional and technical team with troubleshooting critical issues related to authorizations or GRC
• Provide level 1/2/3 support to end users with security-related problems
• Troubleshooting and resolution of SAP Security issues submitted through ticketing tools
• Experience in handling SAP security & GRC application support engagements and projects independently
• Able to work with functional consultants to refine roles and authorizations at the authorization object and Organizational level.
• Ability to create and provide SAP Security reports when needed e.g., SOX and EWA reporting
• Support audit and compliance activities
• Knowledge and understanding of the daily monitoring of jobs that are necessary for the GRC application(s) to run effectively and efficiently
• Experience in the design and development of security roles across multiple SAP applications
• Experience in end-to-end SAP Security implementation, conducting security and GRC workshops, Build and configuration, testing support, Cutover preparation, and Hyper care activities.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs for authorizations and GRC
• Develop and oversee test plans for security enhancements and projects
• Should have a good understanding of SAP Security Role design & GRC Architecture
• Should have good understanding of Rule set and knowledge on building a custom ruleset based on the requirement from the client.
• Should have experience in managing complex workflows and configuring customized workflows based on client s requirement in SAP GRC.
• Good understanding of Emergency Access Management processes and configuring the multiple stakeholders like FF Owner / FF controller in GRC
• Good understanding of Batch and Transport management process
• Exposure to ticketing tools to manage ticket SLA/Metrics

Education:

• Required bachelor s degree.
