As an OFSAA FCCM/Mantas Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of critical financial crime and compliance solutions. Your expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), and Mantas will be essential in developing robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize OFSAA Mantas KYC Business Rules and Business Definition Files (BDFs) to align with specific client and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes utilizing the OFSAA Data Integration Hub (DIH) module, ensuring data integrity and efficient flow into the OFSAA ecosystem.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of system defects, providing comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective, timely solutions to resolve identified issues.

• Ensure the stable operation and optimal performance of OFSAA, FCCM, and Mantas applications across various modules.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end data flow, from initial ETL ingestion through to the OFSAA Data Model, and its utilization within Mantas.

• Develop and execute complex queries and procedures using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

• Utilize Unix/Linux environments for scripting, job scheduling, and system monitoring relevant to OFSAA and Mantas operations.

• Serve as a primary technical and functional contact for clients, capable of communicating complex information and managing expectations independently.

• Coordinate effectively with various internal teams (e.g., business analysts, project managers, other technical teams) and external stakeholders to drive project success.

• Apply deep functional and technical knowledge across AML, KYC, Data Integration Hub (DIH), and Enterprise Case Management (ECM) modules within the OFSAA/FCCM/Manta's framework.

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in OFSAA / FCCM / Mantas with exposure to AML, KYC, DIH, ECM modules.

• Able to customize OFSAA Mantas KYC Business rules / BDF

• Experience in OFSAA DIH module for ETL

• Experience in Oracle SQL / Plsql / Unix

• Understanding of End-to-End data flow from ETL to Ofsaa Data model
