We are looking for a senior, hands-on fullstack engineer to design and implement the next generation of our enterprise application strategy. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust solutions using .NET Core and Angular to address complex technical challenges across our healthcare product suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end development strategy and roadmap for enterprise web applications using .NET Core and Angular.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient fullstack applications with robust backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces.

• Evaluate, select, and implement modern frameworks, libraries, and tools to enhance performance, maintainability, and user experience.

• Lead by example with hands-on coding in C#, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.

• Perform deep-dive performance analysis, identify bottlenecks in both frontend and backend layers, and collaborate with DevOps to deliver high-performance solutions.

• Integrate application builds and deployments within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Review developers code to ensure readability, testability, maintainability, and efficiency.

• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Ensure all development practices comply with industry standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Incorporate security and vulnerability checks into the application development lifecycle.

• Address complex technical challenges across our healthcare product suite, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in fullstack development using .NET Core/Framework and Angular.

• Proven experience designing and building applications from scratch using C#, .NET, and Angular.

• Strong programming skills in C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Deep experience with RESTful API design, integration, and service-oriented architecture.

• Demonstrated knowledge of database design and optimization with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps principles.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Prior experience in enterprise-scale applications across finance, healthcare, or manufacturing domains.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience leading development initiatives or owning modules within a larger product portfolio.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern frontend practices (RxJS, state management).

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
