NCSi is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lead Consultant for Ivalua to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of procurement solutions using the Ivalua platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful deployment of Ivalua solutions. This position requires strong project management skills, deep expertise in procurement processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Ivalua, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, spend analysis, and supplier management.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on Ivalua functionality and procurement best practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Assist in the integration of Ivalua with other enterprise systems and tools.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing procurement solutions, specifically with Ivalua.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and spend analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing timelines.
- Proficient in gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and delivering training sessions.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, as well as report generation in Ivalua.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and experience with enterprise system integrations is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
