Lead consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Design develop and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts
• Perform Functional Integration System Regression and User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Validate Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales Customer Service Marketing Finance Supply Chain and Field Service
• Test custom workflows business rules plugins and Power Platform integrations
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Validate data migration reporting and backend database updates
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders for defect resolution
• Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps Jira or similar tools
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and support release activities
• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing CRM ERP
• Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies
• Experience in Functional Integration Regression and UAT testing
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations workflows and business process flows
• API Testing experience using Postman REST services
• SQL knowledge for database and data validation
• Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Understanding of Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
