Lead Consultant-Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern FinTech platforms. You will work across the stack-from high performance Java backends to intuitive React frontends-building secure, resilient, and scalable financial systems.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high impact features while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) (JDK 17 & above / Spring Boot 3.X).

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third party systems.

• Ensure security, performance, fault tolerance, and observability, critical to FinTech platforms.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases design efficient data models.

• Proficiency on Message broker like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka.

Frontend

• Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and internal user experiences.

• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross browser compatibility.

Cloud & DevOps (Plus)

• Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).

• Apply best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and scalability.

Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision making.

• Mentor junior engineers and influence team best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong hands on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture).

• Strong frontend development experience with React.

• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.

• Experience building API driven, distributed systems.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.

• Familiarity with FinTech-grade concerns: security, performance, compliance, and reliability.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Hands on AWS experience (deployment, services, operations).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.

• Exposure to event driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, and application security best practices.

• Prior experience in payments, banking, trading, or financial platforms.

• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
