Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Dynamics 365LCS Admin

We are seeking a highly skilledDynamics 365 LCS & System Administration Specialistwith strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 LCS Activities. He/she willbe responsible formanaging,maintaining, andoptimizingthe Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environments through Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS). This role ensures stability, security, and performance of the D365 environments (DEV, UAT, PROD), oversees build and deployment activities, coordinates environment refreshes, manages user access and integrations, and supports the managed services team in incident, change, and release management processes.

Responsibilities

Environment & LCS Management

  • Administer andmonitorall Dynamics 365 F&O environments (Development, Sandbox/UAT, and Production).

  • Manage environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and backups throughMicrosoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).

  • Monitor system health, database performance, and environment capacityutilization.

  • Manage and track environment updates, hotfixes, and service requests with Microsoft.

  • Oversee build automation, code deployment, and data migration processes.

2. System Administration

  • Managesecurity roles, user provisioning, and access controlsin coordination with business and support teams.

  • SupportLogic Apps, Power platform,Azure Active Directory (AAD)integrations and ensure correct setup of security and authentication.

  • Overseebatch jobs, recurring integrations, and system monitoringfor proactive issue detection.

  • Maintain system compliance, patch updates, and audit readiness.

  • Ensure uptime, backup, and recovery strategies are in place and tested.

3. Release & Change Management

  • Involve in release & deployment planning with clients IT Team

  • Plan and coordinate environment refreshes and deployments in collaboration with development and support teams.

  • Ensure smooth transition of builds from DEV UAT PROD.

  • Maintain proper version control and deployment documentation.

  • Manage service updates and communicate potential impact to business and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams.

4. Incident & Problem Management

  • Act asTier-3 escalationpointfor environment and platform-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot environment connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft support (via LCS tickets) for escalation and resolution.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain LCS project health dashboards, telemetry, and monitoring reports.

  • Implement governance best practices for environment usage, refresh scheduling, and resource optimization.

  • Identifyautomation opportunities for monitoring, deployment, and alerting.

Qualifications weseekin you!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strongexperience inDynamics 365 Finance & Operations System Administration.

  • StrongexpertiseinMicrosoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)environment management, updates, monitoring, and issue tracking.

  • Hands-on experience withLogic Apps,Azure portal,DevOps pipelines, andPowerShellscripting for deployment automation.

  • Knowledge ofD365 database structure, telemetry, anddiagnosticstools.

  • Strong understanding ofD365 architecture (AOS, BI, SQL, Batch, Data Management, Integration).

  • Experience coordinating with Microsoft Support for environment issues and updates.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience inAMS(Application Managed Support)environment with SLA-based operations.

  • FamiliaritywithD365 release processes, update cadence, and regression testing cycles.

  • Exposure toPower Platform environment managementandAzure integrations.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect or related certification.
