Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Developer
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce technologies, hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the ability to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with architects, admins, business analysts, and other developers to ensure seamless integration, robust performance, and alignment with overall business strategy.Responsibilities
Salesforce Development:
.Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
.Implement complex business logic, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and approval processes.
.Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, layouts, record types, and apps as per business needs.
.Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems.
.Ensure reusability, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
.Develop and maintain back-end services in Node.js, .NET Core, or Java.
.Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 for front-end components.

2. Integration & Data Management
.Build and maintain data integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
.Develop data migration scripts using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.
.Handle data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality improvements.
.Work on data modeling, schema design, and large data volume (LDV) handling techniques.
3. Platform Maintenance & Optimization
.Monitor and maintain system performance, scalability, and security.
.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning.
.Collaborate with Admins for release management and deployment using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
.Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements or upgrades.
4. Collaboration & Delivery
.Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs.
.Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.
.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
.Prepare technical documentation including solution designs, code comments, and user guides.
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
.Contribute to the creation of reusable frameworks, utilities, and best practices.
.Explore emerging technologies such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentic AI, and automation tools to enhance productivity.
.Optimize performance by refactoring legacy code and improving automation.
.Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the Salesforce team.

Minimum Qualifications
.BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.

Experience
.Proven experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

.Strong proficiency in:
oApex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers)
oLightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
oSOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
oSalesforce Flows and Declarative Automation Tools
.Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data sources.
.Familiarity with Agile delivery, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
.Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and deployment best practices.
Certifications (Preferred):
.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory for most roles)
.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred for senior-level roles)
.Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification (nice to have)
.Any relevant Cloud Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

.Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Copado, AutoRABIT, or Gearset.
.Understanding of event-driven architecture (EDA) using Platform Events.
.Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) for advanced Lightning development.
.Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce products (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
