Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Defect Management Development
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineering with strong expertise in Python and ReactJS to design, build, and operate scalable enterprise applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership of application development, SQL Server-based data solutions, containerized deployments on Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-quality software delivery across complex environments.
Responsibilities
.Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), ReactJS, and SQL Server, ensuring high performance and reliability.
.Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirement analysis and system design to development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
.Architect and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services with strong focus on security, data integrity, and performance tuning.
.Build responsive, reusable UI components in ReactJS using modern patterns (hooks, state management, lazy loading) to deliver consistent user experiences.
.Design and manage complex SQL Server schemas, write optimized queries, stored procedures, and ensure efficient indexing and database performance.
.Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes, including configuration of services, ingress, scaling, and health checks.
.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness, automating build, test, security scans, and deployment workflows.
.Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases, environment stability, and rapid issue resolution.
.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, perform root cause analysis, and proactively improve system reliability and observability.
.Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
.Hands-on experience in full-stack application development and DevOps engineering within enterprise environments.
.Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and automation, and ReactJS for building modern, scalable user interfaces.
.Proven experience working with SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and complex query optimization.
.Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
.Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness.
.Solid understanding of DevOps best practices, SDLC, release management concepts, and automated deployment strategies.
.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, QA, SRE, security) in agile or DevOps-driven delivery models.
.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system optimization skills in production environments.
.Excellent communication skills with the ability to document, review, and explain technical designs and decisions.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Knowledge of blue-green and canary deployment strategies.
.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
.Knowledge or experience of Gen AI.
