Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled
PegaDecisioning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Pega Decisioning and related technologies, with a proven track record of delivering decisioning solutions that drive customer engagement and business value.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant with 4 – 5 years of relevant decisioning experience and at least 2-4 Pega projects implementation.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of developing applications using Pega and having experience into Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH).
- Prior experience with Pega Infinity 24+ is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successful implementations within Cloud environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with 1:1 Operations Manager and Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer.
- Proficient in data exchange standards, specifically JSON and RESTful APIs.
- Articulate what customer decision hub, always on marketing and AI mean in a particular sense, how does it deliver the business vision and objectives.
- Designing the decisioning logic. Build and test decision logic rules.
- Should have strong experience in design and development of decisioning projects with Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing. Conversant with designing NBA designer and all its features.
- Having understanding of latest (Infinity version of CDH) features of CDH will add more value.
- Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, data modelling is nice to have.
- Provide business and technical leadership in end-to-end project delivery utilizing latest features and tools available in Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Maintain knowledge of the CDH Architecture and all CDH design and implementation features
- Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits, and influence stakeholders with help of LDA.
- Proficient to independently design PEGA CDH use case solutions from functional requirements and can prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation.
- Solid understanding of reuse in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing CDH.
- Knowledge on various PRPC concepts, PRPC flows, Ruleset, Assignments, Utilities, Decision, Class Structures, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors are preferable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks such as Agile/Scrum or waterfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on End to end experience in defining solutions, design and implementation in Next Best Action Designer, Unified Campaign, Customer Car and Profile viewer, Inbound channel integrations, Always-on Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, outbound campaign management, constraints.
- Use Operations Manager in the BoE environment
- Provide consultation and training to junior Decisioning architects.
- Can understand customer's enterprise technology landscape and the role of Pega CDH in the enterprise.
- Participate in requirement analysis and gathering workshops and ensure business requirements are converted to CDH expected inputs.
- Ensures that the application meets current business needs, but also supports future expansion for new features down the road.
- Resolves complex design and configuration problems to meet specified objectives.
- Prepares High Level Designs, low-code platform solutions and collate non-functional requirements.
- Provides estimates of time and resources required for delivering Use cases and modules and related artifacts applying agreed processes.
- Driving design, development, testing and deployment of maintainable solutions within PRPC Rules environment.
- Creating the technical design, developing the enterprise class structure and reviews infrastructure requirements such as data architecture definitions and data management plans.
- Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as Adaptive model, Predictive Model, A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring.
Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)
- Knowledge of components for enterprise architecture like enterprise beans is a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts, conversations, and solutions.
- Experience in Sales & Pre-sales activities fulltime or part time supporting CoE would be an added advantage.
- Experience on Pega banking frameworks like Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, CLM-KYC, CS-FS, CLM-FS is good to have.
- Pega application upgrade experience from Pega 7 to Pega 8.x or higher Infinity versions.
- Experience in leveraging DevOps methods in projects.
