- Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Power Platforms Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Power platform applications for various projects in Genpact, ensuring seamless integration, user experience, and overall performance. Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platforms to meet business needs.
- Customize and extend Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
- Integrate applications with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Virtual Agent (Copilot Studio) to create intelligent chatbots and virtual agents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers, to design and develop applications, and custom software tailored to specific business needs.
- Should have experience in developing with Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Should have strong understanding of application lifecycle management in Power Apps.
- Should be proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Should have familiarity with integrating Power Platforms with Azure services.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agent (Copilot Studio).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Apply full stack development skills, including frontend and backend technologies, to design, develop, and optimize applications and custom software, ensuring a seamless integration of machine learning models, user interfaces, and backend systems.
- Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including application design specifications, user guides, and support materials.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications/ skills
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Hive, or Presto, is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is a plus.
