In this role, we are looking for candidates who have relevant years of experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data, and algorithms.

Full cycle experience desirable in at least 1 Large Scale Text Mining/NLP project from creating a business use case, Text Analytics assessment/roadmap, Technology & Analytic Solutioning, Implementation and Change Management, considerable experience in Hadoop including development in map-reduce framework. The Text Mining Scientist (TMS) is expected to play a pivotal bridging role between enterprise database teams, and business /functional resources. At a broad level, the TMS will leverage his/her solutioning expertise to translate the customer's business needs into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately work with database teams to bring large scale text analytic solutions to fruition. The right candidate should have prior experience in developing text mining and NLP solutions using open-source tools.

Responsibilities

• Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies. (Azure Open AI, Lang Chain etc.)

• Design and deploy agentic AI models using Lama and Lan graph to solve complex business problems.

• Experience in Agentic AI and its architecture.

• Create and refine prompts that guide gen AI models to produce accurate and relevant outputs. Ensure prompts align with project objectives and user needs.

• Work with data scientists and AI developers to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt effectiveness. Implement strategies to improve model responses.

• Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients%27 business requirements and challenges

• Project Delivery - This would entail successful delivery of projects involving data Pre-processing, Model Training and Evaluation, Parameter Tuning

• Excellent knowledge on Python

• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics, to track their progress.

• Experience in AI/ML Architecture.

• Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning

• Defining validation strategies & data augmentation pipelines

• Designing, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes

• Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques

• Analyzing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability

• Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface.

• Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.

• Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations

• Exposure to cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP - Any one cloud service is mandatory)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• MS in Computer Science, Information systems or Computer engineering or relevant degree

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications

• Experience in Machine Learning methodologies (Supervised/Unsupervised)

• Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

• Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data and algorithms

• Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI (optional to have certification)

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions

• Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution

• Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Torch, Theano

Technology

• Very good Python, SQL programming skills. Java programming skills a plus
