About the Role: Hindalco is looking for an experienced finance leader to join its Corporate Accounts Consolidation team and lead group‑level financial reporting in a large, complex, multi‑location environment.

This role is accountable for timely and accurate consolidated and standalone financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI (LODR) and other regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Indian and international subsidiaries, statutory auditors, treasury, risk management, and ERP teams to drive high‑quality public reporting and strong governance.

The position offers exposure to large‑scale consolidation, US GAAP to Ind AS conversion, hedge and financial instrument accounting, and ERP‑enabled process transformation, while playing a key role in strengthening uniform accounting policies across the group.

Key highlights of the role

• Lead consolidated and standalone financial reporting
• Review and guide accounting for Indian and foreign subsidiaries
• Handle complex areas including derivatives, hedge accounting, financial instruments
• Drive Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP application and accounting research
• Partner with Big‑Four auditors and lead audit reviews
• Contribute to process, system, and ERP (Oracle/Hyperion) improvements
