Lead Connectivity Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities :

DIG Ownership & Standardization o Own, develop, and continuously maintain the Design Implementation Guideline (DIG) for connectivity automation. o Define and enforce architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices across all automation solutions. o Ensure consistency in implementation patterns, naming conventions, and reusable components. • Solution Review & Governance o Review incoming feature requests and specifications to ensure alignment with DIG standards and automation strategy. o Act as the final reviewer and approver for Pull Requests (PRs) into the main branch. o Provide technical feedback and enforce quality, security, and maintainability standards. • Automation Development & Enablement o Design and develop scalable automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform and Python. o Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks, roles, and modules. o Support teams in adopting DIG-compliant patterns and solutions. • CI/CD & Quality Assurance o Define and enforce CI/CD standards using GitHub Actions o Implement automated testing frameworks using Ansible Molecule. o Promote best practices in version control, testing, and release management.

Tooling & Ecosystem • Work with tools such as: o Ansible Automation Platform o Ansible Navigator o GitHub & GitHub Actions o Python (primarily within Ansible collections and roles for module and plugin development) • Ensure seamless integration of automation workflows across platforms.
