Role Overview

As a Compositing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-production process, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining the creative vision. You will work closely with producers, editors, motion designers to oversee timelines, workflows, and final outputs.

Job Location : Pune (Balewadi)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of post-production, including editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.

• Develop and implement efficient post-production workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and within deadline.

• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and editors to maintain the visual and narrative integrity of each project.

• Manage post-production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding high-quality standards.

• Oversee asset management, file organization.

• Guide internal teams and manage post-production team resources.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices in post-production.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and VFX.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro,

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with high-end brands, agencies, or production houses is a plus.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
