About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

In this role, you will:

  • Should have strong working knowledge on Servicing Various Loan products as part of Syndication/ Bilateral deals Managed by the Bank. Should have prior experience in performing end to end servicing responsibilities as a Deal Administration role for Agency or Bilateral or Member Deals.
  • Should have working knowledge on Industry standard application like Loan IQ
  • Should have prior experience on reviewing and interpreting the Credit Agreement Language and translate them into actions to be taken as per Servicing requirements complying with Bank Risk and Control guidelines.
  • Should independently manage the portfolio assigned and cover as back up as and when needed.
  • Research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the support team.
  • Should be well versed with Bank's Internal reconciliation routines and timely resolve open breaks and reconcile all loan advances and payments receivable or payable by Member banks /Borrowers.
  • Lead or contribute to customer issue resolutions that require coordination amongst various teams
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
