Job Summary
Candidate will manage PAN India portfolio for Secured Loans. The role will involve executing and monitoring collections strategies and processes to ensure high collection efficiencies while being fully compliant and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of Collection Strategies, conduct regular reviews and drive team to achieve targeted numbers.
Lead and manage teams, provide guidance and ensure collaboration between cross functional teams.
Work Closely with Sales, Credit, Operations and Legal teams to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to Collections Process and Regulatory Compliance norms.
Ensure usage of technology to identify risk segments and prioritize collections efforts.
Monitor and track portfolio performance parameters and provide insights through MIS reports.
Ensuring that team maintains a professional and empathetic approach towards customer and uphold company's brand image.
Experience
12+ Years of experience in Collections out of which 3+ years in Regional or above role handling Secured Business.
Proven track of managing national or Regional portfolios.
Skills
Understanding of High value Secured products.
Excellent Communications And Presentation Skills.
Negotiation and Conflict Management skills.
Team management.
Experience of working in technology-driven system with strong analytical skills.
Excellent understanding of Legal remedies to improve Collection efficiencies including SARFAESI.
Educational Background
Full time graduate, preferably with an MBA or any other professional qualification.
