We are looking for a seasoned Collections Leader to drive in-house secured collections, starting with Bucket 1 and progressively taking on broader responsibilities. This role requires strong field exposure, analytical depth, and the ability to translate strategy into execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead direct collections for secured portfolios (Bucket 1 initially) with scope for expansion
- Bring strong field experience across multiple geographies in India
- Design and implement collection strategies aligned with HO guidelines
- Drive cost control, cost tracking, and productivity improvement
- Manage and influence direct and indirect teams effectively
- Ensure regulatory compliance and process adherence
- Conduct regular field visits to solve on-ground challenges
- Track performance closely and drive target achievement through active follow-ups
- Act as Deputy to the Head Collections in their absence
Education: Post-Graduation
Experience: Minimum 10 years in handling Collections in TW or Used Car Loan
