7-8 years of Work experience on Infrastructure & Cloud services viz., AWS,
Practical experience designing, building, and automating solutions utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, Route 53, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis, ECS, ElasticSearch, SES and API Gateway
Maintaining the good standing of the server infrastructure.
Support and maintenance of systems and infrastructure environments managed for our clients.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change and problem management) and ITSM ticketing systems is a plus.
Incident Management Provide timely response to disruption of service and restoration of service ensuring proper documentation in ticketing system.
Change Management prepare proper ticket documentation, implementation and rollback plans to successfully implement changes to the client's environments.
Problem Management participate in working sessions and work to permanently resolve recurring and critical incidents.
Helping to research and develop new infrastructure technologies and approaches as they emerge.
Supporting several platforms at the server / service level. This at times includes eCommerce platforms, Content Management Platforms, Data integration, and custom systems.
Performing routine tasks related to the infrastructure of our clients systems.
Monitoring for and responding to anomalies within our infrastructure, including on-call rotation as part of a larger team.
Helping to design and improve our monitoring and reporting.
Developing and maintaining automation for provisioning and deployment of the server infrastructure.
Working closely with platform developers to solve their infrastructure-related issues, and mentoring others in understanding implications and limitations of the technology.
Troubleshooting incidents and problems in platforms we support.
Participates in an on-call rotation calendar to ensure effective 7 x 24 x 365 coverage.
