Lead Cloud Ops Engineer I

Lead cloud operations implementation, maintenance, and monitoring to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of software operations infrastructure.

Implement infrastructure automation using Chef, Ansible, Docker, and related frameworks.

Oversee AWS cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Enhance monitoring, performance, security, and compliance across cloud systems.

Produce technical documentation including IQ protocols, reports, backup/recovery policies, and maintenance/upgrade plans.

Interface with SQA, Marketing, Service, Support, and Project Management during product development and delivery.
